Rev. Earl Smith: Chaplain to NFL and NBA pro teams… and to Death Row inmates at San Quentin maximum security prison

This week on The Mentors Radio Show, host Tom Loarie talks with Rev. Earl Smith, a remarkable leader who — after being shot 6 times and left for dead — transitioned from being a former drug dealer to becoming an award-winning chaplain for the San Francisco 49ers, the Golden State Warriors and for Death Row inmates at San Quentin maximum security prison where he’s served for 23 years.

Rev. Smith’s first-hand observations and insights about human nature is down-to-earth, practical and actionable. He has changed the daily lives of many for the good, including those of hard-driving, top professional athletes who have the pressure of performing at the top of their game, every time, and who must work as a team to succeed regardless of anything else.  He’s also helped, prayed with, counseled some of the most hardened criminals.  Where others see despair, he finds hope based in realities greater than you or I alone.

Talk about a master mentor!!

Regardless of who you are or what you do, if your understanding, appreciation and attitude about your life changes for the good, so also will your business, career, family and every other relationship.
